Lemony Lentil Soup and Whole Grain Roll

Ingredients
- 2 cups canned low-sodium lentil soup
- 1/2 lemon
- Mixed greens
- 2 tablespoons light vinaigrette
- Sliced tomatoes
- Sliced carrots
- Sliced avocado
- 1 whole-grain roll
Directions
1. Heat soup in a microwave-safe bowl; squeeze lemon into soup. Toss mixed greens with vinaigrette, tomatoes, carrots, and avocado. Serve soup and salad with roll.








Can't we have a recipe for a delicious, low-sodium lentil soup? I usually don't eat foods from a can.
