Mustard Vinaigrette Dressing

  • 2 tablespoons  extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon  red wine vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons  grainy mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon  crushed garlic


1. Whisk all the ingredients together. Can be refrigerated for up to 3 days; Whisk or shake well before serving.

Considering that olive oil has about 120 calories per tablespoon, I think the serving size is about 1 1/2 teaspoons--not a very big serving.
