Blue Cheese Dressing

- 2 tablespoons low fat cottage cheese
- 3 tablespoons buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon crumbled blue cheese
- Small dash garlic powder, to taste
- Small dash cayenne pepper, to taste
1. With a fork, mash the cottage cheese to a smoother consistency. Stir in the buttermilk, blue cheese, garlic powder and cayenne. Can be refrigerated for up to 2 days; Whisk or shake well before serving.
