Roasted Halibut and Cheese Ravioli
- 6 ounces halibut fillet
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 4 ounces cheese ravioli
- 1 cup string beans
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 2 fresh figs
1. Prepare halibut fillet by brushing with 2 teaspoons olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and roast 10 to 15 minutes (depending on thickness).
2. Boil cheese ravioli until tender.
3. Saute string beans in 1 teaspoon olive oil until slightly tender.
4. Enjoy with 2 figs.
