Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chopped zucchini
  • 1/2 cup chopped yellow squash
  • 1/2 cup canned white beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions
