Peanut Butter & Banana Pancakes

  • 1/2 small banana, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons  peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup  prepared whole-grain pancake batter
  • 1 teaspoon  honey


1. Add banana and peanut butter to batter.

2. Cook pancakes and serve with honey drizzled on top.

Delicious! Especially with the honey as a maple syrup substitute. I'm confused about the calories per serving though...are there 306 calories per pancake or is it for per 2 or 3 of them? Though I guess that would depend on how big the pancakes are too...
