- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 Bartlett pear, peeled, quartered and cored
- Small sprinkle of ground cinnamon
1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the sugar and lemon juice, stirring frequently, until sugar is dissolved. Add the pear wedges; cover and cook over medium-low heat until tender, 15 to 20 minutes. Sprinkle with cinnamon; serve.
