Ingredients

  • 2 ounces cans lentils, rinsed and drained
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 3 tablespoons water

Directions

  1. Place lentils in a microwave-safe serving bowl.
  2. Stir in curry powder and water. Cover and microwave 3 to 4 minutes.
  3. Let stand 5 minutes.
