Tahini-Yogurt Dip
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup fat-free Greek yogurt
- 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. tahini
- 1/2 tsp. olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- Scant 1/4 tsp. crushed garlic
Directions
In a bowl, stir together the yogurt, lemon juice, tahini, oil, salt and garlic. Serve with whole-wheat pita, whole-grain crackers or carrots. (Dip can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.)
