1. Smoothie made with 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt, 1 large banana, 1 kiwi, 1 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup, and crushed ice.








The low fat yogurt contains 154 calories, 1 medium kiwi contains 56 calories, 1 large banana contains 125 which totals 335 calories. You can reduce the calories by using non-fat yogurt instead, which only contains 110 calories.

2/21/2011 11:56:07 AM Report AbuseAgreed!! This is WAY too many calories for a snack, I try to keep my snacks around 100-150 calories. This is like something that you might have for breakfast, though I still think its too many calories, even for breakfast!!
