The low fat yogurt contains 154 calories, 1 medium kiwi contains 56 calories, 1 large banana contains 125 which totals 335 calories. You can reduce the calories by using non-fat yogurt instead, which only contains 110 calories.

I am going to try this smoothie without the maple syrup, but not sure how many less calories it will then have...anyone have an idea?????

Is it the maple syrup that gives it the extra calories?

Agreed!! This is WAY too many calories for a snack, I try to keep my snacks around 100-150 calories. This is like something that you might have for breakfast, though I still think its too many calories, even for breakfast!!

Over 400 calories for one smoothie is ridiculous. This isn't a snack, this is a meal!
