Her Workout

"With my schedule, I can't be consistent. So three times a week is cool. If I'm home, I'll do a full hour of cardio on the bike or treadmill, and weights. When I'm out of town, I try to go to the gym at the hotel, or I might go for a very long walk. I'm a big believer in making your workout wherever the heck you are."

Her Power Snack

"Peanut butter. It's pure protein but won't drag you down like a burger. When I'm on tour, I have my own personal jar -- I'm fancy like that -- and I eat it with a spoon."

Her Slim-Down Secret

"I got this from a wardrobe person: It's all about the alterations. You can look great in anything if you have it tailored to really fit you."
