Definitely the best time of year to get healthy and make better choices! I'm clean up my life starting with my diet and the foods I eat as well. I'm going to eat more nutritious and healthier foods by following the Eat-Clean Diet, just finished reading Tosca Reno's book on the Eat-Clean Diet and this is how I'm kick-starting 2010, by eating clean and working out more! I didn't buy that gym membership card to take up space in my purse; it's time right now to get going! Good luck to all! :)
