You'll need to know how long it takes you to run a mile before you take this test, which will assess your level of ability when it comes to those cardio workouts. Go ahead and time yourself on the treadmill or nearest track -- we'll wait!

Here's what else you'll need for this assessment:

  • A flight of stairs
  • A watch or clock with a second hand

I took the "test your strength" test...I did fair... according to the results I could use improvement..although they don't ask for age and weight before calculating. I'm 50 years old and 119 lbs. so I think I did pretty good and I surprised myself with how much I could do. I think it's a good test for all to take.
