Great slideshow! If I may, I would like to elaborate on the "What Afternoon Slump?" slide. Not only does taking a brisk walk revive you at work, simply standing at your desk for a couple of hours a day will help keep you alert and super-productive. I joined the JustStand.org revolution and definitely agree with the stats. I feel more productive and focused at work.
