I tried to quit smoking many times in my life and each time failed. I tried therapy, nicotine patches and pills but nothing worked. One day my friend referred me a guide called "Quit Smoking Strategy" which helped her to quit. So I gave it a try. Unlike the usual scare-off tactics, the guide helps you to quit peacefully. Now I am smoke free for the last 6 months and I recommend it to anyone who wants to quit smoking:
