Roman Rotator

Targets: Shoulders, arms, abs, and obliques

  • Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent, and lift bent elbows in front of you at shoulder height, palms facing each other.
  • Rotate torso and arms together diagonally up toward left.
