At one time Jennifer, 41, thought of exercise as a chore, but when she split from husband Brad Pitt in 2005, she realized she wanted more out of her workout. She turned to yoga for two-hour sessions three times a week with trainer Mandy Ingber, which helped her recover from the divorce and tune into her body. Jennifer also runs and eats a healthy diet of lean protein, fruit, and veggies, with the occasional splurge on chips with salsa.
