"Take a cab to dinner and walk back," says personal trainer and fitness expert Rea Frey Holguin, author of The Cheat Sheet: A Clue-by-Clue Guide to Finding Out if He's Unfaithful. "Because it's cold you'll be forced to cuddle and walk fast." A 30-minute walk at a brisk pace will burn 133 calories. A walk indoors can have the same impact: "If you need to make a half-hour phone call, walk while you talk," says Ivan Ferran, director of clinical exercise at Pritikin Longevity Center and Spa in Miami. Calories burned: 133!
