Touchdown A
Spider Jump

Targets: Shoulders, triceps, abs, butt, and legs

-- Start on floor in full push-up position.

Touchdown B

-- Maintaining position, lunge right foot forward to outside of right hand.

-- Balancing on hands, jump feet off floor and switch them in midair, bringing left foot to outside of left hand and extending right leg behind you.

-- MAKE IT EASIER: Lunge right foot forward, and then instead of jumping, step it back to start position; repeat with left foot.

-- Continue alternating feet.
