Targets: Abs and obliques

-- Begin on ground in plank position, balancing on forearms and toes, body forming a straight line from head to heels.

-- MAKE IT EASIER: Rest forearms on a bench or chair seat.

Plank With a Twist B

-- Keeping shoulders and feet still, rotate hips to left (bringing right hip toward ground), return to center for 1 count, then rotate right to complete 1 rep.

-- Do 10 to 20 reps.
