Q. Is it bad to down my vitamins with a cup of coffee?
A. Yes. Translation: You won't absorb all of the nutrients from a capsule that is cruising through your system. The good news is you don't have to skip your morning mug. Just drink your coffee and eat breakfast first thing when you wake up and then wait 10 to 15 minutes to pop your vitamins with a glass of water.
