Guess what?! We know how to make an AWESOME, creamy cheese sauce that's low-cal and extremely low in fat. It's true. And since we're anything but selfish, we're sharing our recipe with you. Feel free to whip up a batch, and then dunk whatever you want in it -- Guiltless Gourmet Tortilla Chips, Quaker Rice Snacks, pita chips, veggies -- you name it! Here goes:Ingredients
4 oz. light vanilla soymilk
3 oz. fat-free cheddar cheese
2 wedges The Laughing Cow cheese, Light Original Swiss
2 tbsp. fat-free cream cheese
Place all ingredients in a saucepan and heat stovetop at low-medium heat. Stirring frequently, heat until cheeses have melted and sauce is well mixed and hot.
Serving Size: 1/5th recipe (approx. 2 tbsp.)

Thick and gooey cheese sauce. It's the kind of thing you see and sneer at. You probably even make fun of it, and talk about how horrible and icky it is. Yet we're sure you secretly wish you could dip stuff into it all day long and chew to your heart's content. We do. We've even dreamt of taking nice hot baths in vats of cheese sauce (we're not proud of that, mind you). But alas, we must resist. Just say no to the hot, goo-like, fat-filled cheese you see at amusement parks, ballgames, malls, and movie theaters -- and melt your own at home. Then cheese it up, baby!
