They "plump when you cook 'em!" is Ball Park's advertising slogan. Perhaps a more honest ad promise would be, "You plump when you eat 'em!" Each of these freakishly fatty franks has 16 grams of fat and 180 calories. That's more than 10 times the fat and 4 times the calories you'd get in a Hebrew National 97% Fat Free Beef Frank. And trust us, these dogs don't even taste any better than Hebrew National's super-low-fat alternative. Send these pound-packing puppies straight to the doghouse. Heads Up: Ball Park does make fat-free beef franks, but they're just not as good as Hebrew National's 97% Fat Free ones (although we're still big fans of their fat-free turkey franks).
