Some foods can help fuel a healthy lifestyle by delivering energy and nutrients that are needed to support physical activity. The new Grapefruit Active Lifestyle Meal Plan provides women with seven days of meals and snacks to help power them through regular workouts and marathon training.
Created by Dawn Jackson Blatner, RD, CSSD, the meal plan is for women who are looking to refine their eating habits and maintain a fitness routine. The plan is designed with busy women in mind and includes three nutritious, simple-to-prepare meals and two snack choices, per day.
