Slurping on cocktails and enjoying some mouth-watering grub with friends and family underneath the fireworks are our Independence Day musts. Throw in some bikini-approved nutrition facts and you’ve got a “flawless” Fourth of July bash. (We’re looking at you, Beyoncé.) We rounded up some super easy recipes that we know your taste buds will love and your body will appreciate, so go ahead and dig in.
Fourth of July Adult Snow Cone
Calories: 188 per serving
- 1 cup Clos du Bois Rouge
- 1 cup sugar
Mix 1 cup of Clos du Bois Rouge with 1 cup of sugar in a small saucepan over heat until the sugar has dissolved. Cool completely before pouring on crushed ice (your snow cone).

Red Berry Sangria
Calories: 150 per serving
- 1 ounce CÎROC Red Berry
- 1 ounce rose wine
- 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- 2 ounces berry tea
Combine all ingredients and stir over ice in wine glass.

Halloween is the one night of the year when we can wear outrageous costumes and embrace silly fears without shame. But candy overloads, junk food binges and high-calorie adult beverages can follow us well into November, threatening the holiday party body we all work so hard to achieve. Luckily, we found these four creepy cocktail recipes: all are under 250 calories, so you can party on guilt-free. Do you dare?
Vampire Kiss Martini
- 1 ½ ounces Finlandia Vodka, chilled
- 1 ½ ounces Korbel Champagne
- ¾ ounce Chambord Black Raspberry Liqueur
Rim the glass with red sugar (use food coloring) or drop in a set of wax vampire teeth for a real surprise. Pour vodka and half of the Chambord in a martini glass, top with Champagne and pour the remaining Chambord over the back of a spoon to make it float.

- Skinnygirl Piña Colada
- 2 tablespoons corn syrup
- ¼ teaspoons red food coloring
Pour the corn syrup in a shallow bowl and add a few drops of red food coloring. Stir with a toothpick to combine. Holding a glass by the stem, dip the rim into syrup mixture and turn the glass, coating the entire rim. Flip glass upright, allowing mixture to drip down the sides. Repeat for desired number of glasses. Pour chilled Skinnygirl Piña Colada into prepared glasses and serve.

1.5 ounces Voli Mango Coconut
1 ounce Sweet and Sour Lite Mix
1 ounce light orange juice

Sparkling Summer Punch
- 2 ounces of grenadine
- 2 ounces of Cointreau
- 2 ounces of quality brandy
- 3 ounces of lemonade or passion fruit juice
- 1 cup of frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 bottle of Polar Pineapple Passionfruit Seltzer (about 4 cups)
- Lots of ice
Combine grenadine, Cointreau, brandy, lemonade (or passion fruit) and frozen pineapple with ice in large pitcher. Stir vigorously. Add Polar Seltzer, stir gently and ladle into glasses.
