     I am 25 years old and I am just now realizing my physical fitness potential after a bout with leukemia. I am in the process of training for my first marathon next year and hopefully attempting to enter a crossfit competition next year. It would be great to be track my miles and time with such efficiency.

    To eat clean, keep digging deep, to always push play no matter what, to always strive to be a better person tomorrow than I am today and its all about me and no one else, I can do this and there is no excuse ever except death.   I really hope I get this I need one but can’t afford one, but congrats to whomever gets it everyone is a role model to someone else :)

    My goal is to get off my butt and really start pushing it this fall. I need to pick up a new pair of runners to go with my new habit, and I was actually planning to buy nike so the watch would be a perfect addition. My family has a history of health and weight problems and I am determined to be the one to change that.

    My goal is to continue my 5-8 hours exercise a week. But to change the type of exercises more often. My new goal is to be able to run 10k. This watch sure would help! :)

    as a researcher, i spend too many hours behind my desk and 
    as I live in Florida, there is not enough mountains close to me to go hiking. So I got to the university REC center to exercise 3 times a week and I do mountainbike in week-ends. 
    everytime I workout outside, I bring my hiking GPS and a podometer to track my results. 
    my goal this fall is to run my first 5 km, a fun run in mud in october with my REC center, and rappel off a skyscraper in december (fundraising for heartbeat international) before I turn 30.

    Well I was doing Zumba, for a while and lost 50 pounds combing it with healthy food and additional exercise but now I need a small surgery! But as soon as I get the ok from my Dr. you better believe that I will hope on once against on my daily routine I’m not a spring chicken but I do want to be a healthy grandmother of 2!!!!!!!!

    I will be continuing my AOF Fitness Challenges…boot camp, kickboxing, & Zumba classes.  Throw in the occasional 5K run/walk race and I will be a busy lady.  This watch would be perfect for my 5K races…carrying my phone with me is slowing me down!!!

    My sister, who lives in San Diego, and I (who live in Richmond VA) are training together over the distance for the upcoming Richmond marathon. I don’t have a GPS watch and so use other methods to track my routes, and they are invariably inaccurate. My goal is to run this marathon with her, and cross the line together, but I am not sure that our pacing matches. The watch would resolve this dilemma!

    I want to lose weight this fall, and I want to get stronger! I have never considered myself ‘athletic’ or even ‘coordinated’ but I need to get over those fears and negative thoughts if I want to become active and healthy.  I have gotten together with a group to work out with a trainer 1x per week. Last night was the first night and I could not really even make it through the entire work out. The trainer sent me a copy of that workout, and my goal for this fall is to make it through the entire thing without huffing and puffing, and most importantly without stopping.

    As a teacher my job can be very stressful. I plan on taking advantage of the fall weather by taking my workout outside. There are these amazing steps (150) that I plan to conquer and a park path that includes a pond filled with ducks that I will be running miles around. The cool crisp air beckoning me!

    1/2 marathon season!!  I have 5 1/2 marathons scheduled between now & January!  In addition, I teach 8 circuit workouts per week and I’m training for a full marathon next March and several Triathlons beginning next spring!! Whew!

    My goals for this fall consist of a tough mudder in October. I have used a Gamin watch in the past and have had it break twice. I am looking to make gains in speed and strength this fall to prepare me for my first sprint triathlon this spring. Technology helps keep track of my gains and lulls in my training and I have heard great things about Nike Sportswatch, buthavent had the money to buy.
     My wife and I are trying to have kids and have been unsuccessful thus far. Being and staying healthy is a life long goal of mine not just for this fall However, supporting my wife in eating healthy for our (hopefully) future children starts with nutrition and is kept constant with training. Being able to run locally on the trails as well as neighborhood roads are key and the technology avaible these days are amazing! Nike Sportwatch with GPS is that the way to go?

    My workout goal for fall is to take advantage of the cooler weather and walk outside.  I get unlimitied visits to a local theme park as a pass holder, so what more fun place to get my 10,000 steps in?  This is especially true since my job is only 2 miles from the park!

    I have started making more health conscious choices including eating right and exercising more often.  I enjoy running, but am discouraged to find out that when I mapmyrun at home it always varies from my ipod.  This watch would be a great motivator to hit the pavement on these cool fall days!

    I am an expecting mother who loves to run and this fall I am planning on running, if my body lets me, up until the end of my pregnancy.  This watch would be great for me to keep track motivated during my pregnancy and will be the best for me after the baby is born so I can get back in shape quickly.
