We like that we can drool over this blogger’s food pictures and recipes without feeling guilty about it. Kath started blogging in 2006 when she set out to lose 30 pounds and continued to blog about her meals and recipes after, becoming a registered dietician along the way. Here are her get-fit tips and how she really feels about oatmeal:
My favorite way to work out: Walking and biking all around my town. I love to kill two birds with one stone and exercise while I run errands!
5 things I can’t live without: My salad spinner, Burt’s Bees lip balm, Trader Joe’s Sunflower Butter, the Internet, chia seeds
I’m happiest when I’m: Eating oatmeal in my pajamas. (She means it — she’s got an entire section of her site devoted to oatmeal!)
My biggest indulgence: My husband’s home-brewed beer!
Most embarrassing song I’ll admit I work out to: “You’re Never Fully Dressed Without A Smile” from Annie!
