We reached out to this fitness enthusiast to find out what's on her fit list and which fitness tool she has a love/hate relationship with:
5 things I can’t live without: coffee, WIFI internet access, my iPod, lip balm, and my foam roller (we have a love/hate relationship…)

On my fit life list: A triathlon! This year I plan to participate in at least one--wish me luck!
My fave fit snack: This is my favorite “go to” either before a workout or a night on the town when I need to maintain energy: take a boiled egg, pop out the yolk and add hummus. LUV!
Most embarrassing song I’ll admit I work out to: “Stone in Love” by Journey reminds of all of those incredibly catchy & cheesy, fist-pumping anthems from the 80s and it never fails to make me smile when it comes up on my iPod shuffle. (Oh If I could play air-guitar and cycle at the same time…)
My “I Did It” moment: My first century ride! 100 miles across Long Island. I was born there and it was such a rush to visit all of these towns from Babylon out to the Hamptons. I can still recall perfectly the crowd greeting me and the welcome crew yelling out “You did it—good job!” I did indeed finish and it felt awesome.
