Favorite Find Friday: Korres Lip Butter
On my last day as an intern at FITNESS last summer, beauty director Eleanor Langston pushed a handful of Korres Lip Butters into my hands. “You have to try these; they’re a beauty editor favorite,” she said.

She didn’t mention they were addictive! Since then, I haven’t left the house without a tub of the rich, buttery formula in tow. The product is perfect for winter lips in need of moisture. And, the tinted shades add just the right touch of shine for both every day and special occasions. You can even dab a little onto your cheeks for a natural flush of color. I love Wild Rose — the sheer, deep red is gorgeous — but there are six other great colors to choose from at just $10 each. What are your go-to winter lip products?

Cold Weather Beauty Treats
As the shops in New York City start filling their windows with festive decorations, cold air is creeping in, too. These beauty treats keep us hydrated on chilly days (and the delicious scents are a calorie-free bonus!):
Chapstick Lip Balm in Cool and Soothing Peppermint: This twist on the classic lip balm seals in moisture with a cooling sensation and prevents chapping. Plus, the it smells and tastes like peppermint, so it instantly freshens breath.
Lumene Spa Repairing Body Butter: This formula is ultra-creamy and has a refreshing citrus scent. I use it at night before bed, and wake up with smooth, silky skin. The formula is light enough to wear during the day, too.
Serendipity 3 Frrrozen Hot Chocolate Foot Cream: This is my guilty pleasure after a long day at work. The rich cream has the aroma of Serendipity’s famous hot chocolate, plus peppermint oil to relieve feet after a day of pounding the pavement.
What are your favorite beauty indulgences for brisk days?

Kiss for a Cause
If you want your voice to be heard, try speaking from a perfect pout! That’s the idea behind MAC’s “From Our Lips” campaign with Lady Gaga and Cyndi Lauper.
The movement addresses the challenges women face as the fastest growing group impacted by HIV/AIDS globally. Founded in 1994, the VIVA GLAM program supports men, women and children who are affected by HIV/AIDS.
As a huge Lady Gaga fan, I snagged a tube of her cool pink lipglass ($14.50). Everyone loves the feminine color and it makes for a great conversation starter. At FITNESS, we’re always ready to pucker up for a good cause!
The lipglasses will be available at MAC counters nationwide and online September 2nd through February 2011.
