We recently sat down for a chat with LA-based fitness trainer and food coach Kathy Kaehler. Not only did we find out that probiotics (that good-for-you bacteria in our yogurt) help to maintain a healthy lifestyle, but they’re also key to keeping your skin looking fresh.
While antibiotics kill bacteria, probiotics add good bacteria back into our bodies. And this “good bacteria” is what boosts digestion, helping flush out the toxins that can lead to blemishes, dryness, and discoloration.
