When Should I Start an Anti-Aging Regimen?
Answer: Right now! "It's never too early to start an anti-aging routine," says Doris Day, MD, a dermatologist in New York City.
The easiest way to prevent your skin from showing signs of aging is to use sunscreen with an SPF of 30 every day. Choose a formula that contains brightening ingredients such as glucosamine to help diminish hyperpigmentation like brown spots. If you're plagued by fine lines, use a treatment that contains alpha-hydroxy acids to turn over surface cells and peptides; this will help build collagen and elastin in your deeper layers.
A final word from Dr. Day: "It's very important to get rest, drink plenty of water, take a daily multivitamin, and keep a young mind-set!"

I ma in my late 20s and I am starting to implement a skin care regimen. I am starting to see the aging of my skin with larger pores, slight wrinkles and sun spots. It would be great if the magazine could write an article in what products to use for a newbie on skin regimen. It is hard to find help on this topic on the internet

I take the Resvantage resveratrol supplement as it is the best quality one and the one that most physicians recommend. Many women I know spend thousands on anti-aging skin creams when in fact they should be preserving their skin internally at the cellular level through diet and supplementation.
