Cellulite Blaster
Question: "I've heard of a new machine that firms skin and reduces flab -- does it work?"
Answer: In my ever-present pursuit of a bareable body, I'm willing to try anything that can complement my efforts at the gym. The Wellbox by Guitay, an at-home device that claims to firm tissue and reduce the appearance of cellulite, was created by the company that invented the LPG Endermologie Systems, an in-office slimming technique.
"This tool is about the size of a microwave, so you can stash it in a closet and use it daily while you're watching TV," says Ann Marie Cilmi, senior manager of training and education for Bliss Spas. It utilizes suction to stimulate circulation, which can increase skin elasticity and collagen production when done consistently. The cost of the machine is steep -- about $1,595. But as Cilmi points out, that's equal to the cost of 12 to 15 deep-tissue massages.

I doubt any of the exercise would work. But they are excellent for your thighs as a general work out!!
