Real-life lesson: "Setting a timer really does help. Don't just keep an eye on the clock because a minute or two can make a world of difference in the results, which were fantastic for me. I received many compliments from my friends and coworkers, and my hair looks shinier than ever."

I subscribe to Fitness Magazine and love it. As for hair color, I found a shade that exectly matches my natural color in Revlon Colorsilk (which is cheap) and it covers up my gray hair perfectly without changing my basic color!!! I just wish my hair was shinier...I have always had dryish hair since childhood.

If possible use semi-permanent coloring and add highlights, to avoid dull, dry, porous ends. Before using heat on hair, use a serum like Moroccan Oil (or any serum with a high amount of argan oil). This conditions the hair over a period of time; thin hair can use a light version.
