The best thing you can do for your complexion isn't a product at all. It is all about what you eat. Go vegetarian, or better yet vegan. The fewer meat/animal products you eat, and the more veggies and fruit, the better your complexion will look. I've never gotten so many compliments on my skin as I have over the past few years. Women frequently ask what I use to wash my face, and even men notice my great skin. It was all because I went veg!!!
