How Do I Push Through a Weight-Loss Plateau?
I've been trying to lose weight, I workout everyday for at least an hour (treadmill) I eat only veggies and fruits and organic peanut butter, im 5'7 and 168 lbs. I use to weigh 230 lbs. and I want to make it to 140 lbs. What should I do to get to my goal weight?

You have hit a plateau. Change your workout routine. Do different activities and make sure you are not cutting calories too much. Your body loses weight in "starts and stops." Sometimes weight can seem to fall off. Other times it stops before it slowly decreases again. New workout routines and keeping calories from getting too low can beat a plateau.
