Use of olive oil
I have stored food made with extra virgin, cold press olive oil in the refrigerator and the oil came out in a solid form. I thought that olive oil did not harden like butter when in the refrigerator. Is this true? Thank you in advance for your consideration to my question

Olive oil, while a very healthy source of fat, does have some saturated fat in it too. Therefore, when refrigerated, it will solidify. Not a worry, just take it out and let it get back to room temperature before using. Smart to store it in the fridge, though!
