Not eating enough?
im 5'6 and weigh 133. I exercise 2 hours daily 4 times a week. I watch what I eat, but cant seem to get to 115. Not sure if im eating too much or not enough. Help!

I am not sure what "watching what you eat" means so it's impossible to say if you're eating too much (or not enough). Keep track of what you eat to understand just how much you're actually taking in and make sure those calories are clean choices -- lots of veggies, lean protein, high fiber carbs and healthy fats
