I don't agree with that ... it's a great source of protein, vitamin D, and calcium. Focus on lower fat milk vs. full fat. Nutrients are the same, but fat and calories are lower.

YES. Dairy milk (especially non-organic with added growth hormones and antibiotics) is definitely bad for you. The human body isn't meant to consume breast milk from an entirely different creature. It is extremely inflammatory in the human body and thus promotes weight gain. There are many studies I suggest you look into. Almond milk is an excellent alternative. Long story short, not only is milk bad for weight gain but it's bad for your health overall.
