want to loose a lot of weight
I have a lot of weight to lose. About 100 lbs and I just don't know where to start. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

The easiest way to start is to pick one thing to change and focus on making that change a new habit. Start by cutting out all liquid calories (soda, juice, alcohol, sports drinks, etc) and replace with water. Most Americans consume ~450 calories every day in liquid form. If you fall into this category, you can remove up to 45 pounds at the end of a year from this switch alone. Small changes done consistently add up! Good luck!
