I use the ball for my classes all the time, my clients love using the ball. It's fun and they add great core strength....we use them for sit ups, leg lifts, wall sits, inner thigh squeezes, superman butt lifts, pelvic lifts, hyper extension sit ups, so many ideas...push ups (both feet on or hands on for variations), rolling plank crunches....side leg crunches...just sit on them and do upper body exercises, or use it as you would a flat bench for curls, fly’s etc. have fun with it...
