How do I get rid of my post-pregnancy belly fat?
I had a baby girl a little over a year ago and I've lost my pregnancy weight, however, I still have a poochy belly. I do 30 mins of cardio 5 days a week, yoga 3x's a week and strength training (ab workouts included) 3x's a week. My doc says I don't have a pregnancy hernia, which is what I thought it was. Can u give advice as to any advice as to how I can do to get rid of my pooch? Thanks!
