Sadly, when you're shedding fat, you don't get to keep what you want and send the rest packing, says Michele S. Olson, PhD, a professor of exercise science at Auburn University in Montgomery, Alabama. The good news is that even if you're losing inches from your chest, you can keep it looking lifted by adding regular strength moves into your routine.
Olson suggests the following exercises to boost your bust: push-ups, planks, bench presses, and dumbbell flyes.
