Hello, my name is Jackie O. and I was wondering if you can help me out with the stubborn fat on my stomach. I do workout three to four times a week for at least two hours. Everything else is getting toned, except my stomach. The fat wont go away. I don't diet, but I eat in small portions and I don't eat anything after 7pm.
