Please help I cant do it alone

help--I have lost 130 pounds in 5 years ..had a tummy tuck in oct ..since then I cant seem to lose anymore weight and I want to lose another 30 ..I workout 5-6 times a week burning 6-800 calories with cardio and weights ..if I skip the gym for the weekend and still eat good I can gain 2-4 pound easy and spend the next 6 days working it off ..what can I do different ..please help

Congratulations on your huge weight loss! Without knowing more about what you're eating, it's difficult to answer this from a nutrition perspective. From an exercise standpoint, make sure you're really ramping up the intensity with your training. On a scale of 1-10, aim to be at around a 8 or 9 for a short period of time (30 seconds) and then recover for about 60-90 seconds. Repeat this interval training about 10 times and do it a few days per week. Good luck!

Hello, my name is Jackie O. and I was wondering if you can help me out with the stubborn fat on my stomach. I do workout three to four times a week for at least two hours. Everything else is getting toned, except my stomach. The fat wont go away. I don't diet, but I eat in small portions and I don't eat anything after 7pm. Please if you have any suggetions fo me I will highly appreciate them. Thank you for your time.
