I was wondering if there are any foods or drinks that can help boost your metabolism. I think i have a slow metabolism and I want to speed it up without having to do alot of excercising. Any suggestions?
Lean protein will cause more of an increase in what's calorie burn than both carbs and fats. There is also some preliminary data that cayenne pepper may help a tiny bit too.
