im dieting but i have no say of what types of foods come in the house. i make suggestions and plead for healthy foods to my mom but she wont listen. Can portion control, drinking water,and cutting out junk food be enough to help me loose the weight?
It can be frustrating when others are not on board with your desire for healthier eating. But rest assured, you can absolutely lose weight by cutting down portion sizes and eliminating junk food from your diet! I'm not sure what kinds of healthy foods you've been requesting, but incorporating fruits and veggies into your diet, will help as well. Good luck!
