Do you have a list of high fiber foods?

Any fruits and vegetables - particularly when you eat the skin are high in fiber. For example, raspberries and blackberries have ~8 grams per 1 cup. If choosing a grain based carbohydrate, whole grain should be the first ingredient and choose those that have at least 3 grams of fiber per serving. Aim to eat at least 25 grams of fiber per day.
