caloric intake for an active female. Age: 43 Height: 5'1" Current Weight: 120 lbs.

I've recently started a good old "eat less/exercise more" diet. I've lost 12 lbs. so far. I run 3-4 miles daily, take my dogs on 2 1-mile walks a day, am on my feet at work all day. I also do 10-30 minutes exercise tapes when I can. I keep a strict food journal and consume 1200-1300 calories a day. Lots of veggies and good carbs with lean proteins. However my weight loss has completely stalled. I heard I may need to consume more calories due to my exercise level?? is this true?? how many?

I wouldn't necessarily add more calories. I'd first start with increasing the intensity of your exercise and adding weights. Try to change your workout every 4 or so weeks to keep your body guessing, so to speak. Fitness has some great videos and exercise ideas on their site, so incorporate those. Keep up the great work!
