I work out hard for over an hour daily and am very conscious of what I eat (usually about 1600 calories a day). I am 5'4'' and 138 pounds and I cannot seem to lose any more weight. I lost about 25 a year ago and have kept it off, but cannot lose anymore! Any advice? Any chance I am not eating enough? Or I need to eat a lot less?
You also want to focus on the quality of those 1600 calories. Without hearing more about the types of foods you're eating, it's impossible to make suggestions with regards to what you're doing, but focus on eating loads of veggies and fruits, healthy fats (nuts, avocado, fish, etc) and lean proteins at each meal. Also make sure you're exercising at an intensity that challenges your body.
