How many calories should a 21 year old female who weighs 107lbs be eating daily to maintain her weight? She is walking for 4 hours at a time almost every day because she is a waitress and does cardio routines for at least 30 minutes every other day.
I would simply keep an eye on the scale -- and, more importantly, how you feel and look. That being said, probably around 1500-1800 calories, but remember there are a variety of factors so it's not just as easy as giving a blanket recommendation
