How many calories do I need to eat to lose weight?

How much calories should I eat if I walk 1.5 miles for 30 mins, elliptical for 30mins, light aerobics for 15 and light weights and stretching every day except Sundays? I was 275 now 230 and would like to 150 at the end of dec. I'm female 31, 5ft 7inches. I live in the Caribbean so most food plans, calorie counters don't cater for foods available here.

Thanks for your question.  The standard "formula" for weight loss is to aim for 1200-1500 calories/day.  The exercise your doing is beneficial to keep you in a calorie deficit.  I'd like to see you add more weights in there -- replace the light aerobics with strength training.  Knowing the calorie recommendations, you can work the foods specific to the foods you have available.  Keep up the great work!
